Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the confirmation. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price we will cancel and refund rather than quietly ship the wrong thing.

Prices

Shown in US dollars unless your region has its own listing. Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout where we can, and are otherwise your responsibility on import.

What you may do with the designs

Buying a product gives you the product. It does not transfer the copyright in the artwork. You may photograph what you bought, post it, and resell the physical item.

What you may do with the printables

Print a pack you own as many times as you like, for yourself, your household, your classroom or a group you run. You may not redistribute the files, sell them, or sell items made directly from them.

Public-domain works

The paintings we reproduce are in the public domain. Our own commentary, typography and page design are not. Museum credits and licence statements on each page describe the source of the image and must not be removed from any copy you make.

Accuracy

Colours on a screen are not colours on paper or fabric, and we cannot calibrate your display. Sizes are given as measurements rather than adjectives so that you can check.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, because it cannot.

The laws of India, without affecting consumer rights you hold where you live.
