What it costs, how long it takes, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Production
Everything except the signed studio editions is printed to order. Production takes two to four business days for most items and up to six for duvet covers and blankets, which are cut and sewn after printing.

Business days, estimates rather than guarantees. Customs can add time on cross-border orders and we cannot speed that up.
Shipping cost
Calculated at checkout from your address and the items in the bag. Multiple items that print at the same facility ship together; items that print at different facilities arrive separately at no extra cost.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery. Tell us what is wrong and send a photograph, and we will replace the item or refund it. We do not ask for print-to-order goods to be sent back: shipping it across a continent to be thrown away helps nobody.
Because everything is made for your order, we cannot take returns simply because you changed your mind on a custom size or placement. If an item is faulty, misprinted, damaged in transit, or materially different from what the product page said, that is on us.
Printables
Digital packs cannot be returned. If a file will not open or a page is wrong, tell us and we will fix the file and re-issue it.
Lost parcels
If tracking has not moved for ten business days, contact us and we will reprint. You do not have to chase the carrier yourself.
