Questions

The things people actually ask. If yours is not here, the contact form reaches us directly.

How long will my order take?

Production is two to four business days, then the carrier. In practice: five to ten days in the US, UK and EU; eight to twenty in Australia and India. The estimate table on every product page breaks it down. These are estimates, not promises — we do not control the carrier.

Where does my order ship from?

The print partner nearest your delivery address. Nothing ships from India unless you are in India.

What is your returns policy?

Thirty days. If an item arrives damaged, or is not what the product page described, we replace it or refund it and you keep the original — returning a printed-to-order item helps nobody. Printables are the exception, because a file cannot be returned. Full detail on shipping and returns.

Are the printable pages really free?

The starter library is, with a free account and no purchase. Each book additionally includes its own set of extra printable pages, unlocked by the code inside the cover. They are included with the book, not a gift and not a bonus.

Can I sell things I make from the printables?

No. Print them as often as you like for yourself, your classroom or your group. You may not sell the files or sell items made directly from them.

Why are there no reviews?

Because we have not sold anything yet. When we have, reviews will be collected by an independent app and shown as they come. We will not write them, buy them, or display a rating we did not receive.

Who holds the paintings you print?

Museums, and we name them. Every reproduction credits the holding institution and the licence on the product page and again on the painting's own page at merryfold.art. Everything we reproduce is in the public domain.

Do you ship to India?

Yes, though currently in USD and with a longer lead time. Rupee pricing and UPI are planned, not live.

What sizes do the clothes run?

True to size. Every apparel page has a chest measurement table in inches and centimetres, taken flat and doubled. Size up for a loose fit.
