What this website collects

The pages you are reading are static files. They set no tracking cookies and they do not fingerprint you. Three things do store or send something:

• Your browser's local storage holds your theme choice, your wishlist and your bag. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics, when enabled, records page views without cookies and without any identifier that follows you between sites.
• Shopify handles the bag, the checkout and accounts. From the moment you check out, Shopify's privacy terms apply alongside this notice.

What the checkout collects

Your name, email, delivery address and order contents, so the order can be made and sent. Payment card details go directly to the payment processor — they never reach us or this website.

Who else sees it

• Printify / Printful and their print partners receive your name and delivery address so they can make and post the item.
• Carriers receive the address.
• Our email provider receives your address if you subscribe. One letter a month and a link to unsubscribe in every one.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax law requires. Newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection. Email hello@merryfold.com and we will act within thirty days. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Shopify sets the ones the bag and the checkout need. There is no advertising cookie to consent to, which is why there is no banner demanding one.
