What to include

  • Order problem: the order number and a photograph. We replace or refund, and we do not ask for the item back.
  • Design request: the family and the product. We will say honestly whether it survives at that size.
  • A mistake on a painting page: the page and what is wrong. Attribution and dating errors get fixed the same week.
  • Wholesale or licensing: what you want to do with it, in one paragraph.
